VLVad Levin The next chapter for
CEO Clubs Network

Proposal 2 · 14 October 2026

From first message to renewal.

Two products, one member journey.

You asked for two things: an onboarding that makes a cold prospect say “wow”, and something truly valuable inside the member app. Here they are — one continuous thread from the first WhatsApp message to the renewal conversation. Live in three weeks; then we run it with you.

Film sketch · generated for this proposal

US$3,900

a month, six-month minimum. The Invitation live in week 3, Compass in week 8 — then we run both with you.

Independent proposal by Vad Levin, following our conversation. Screens are concept visualisations generated with AI for this document; names are fictional and numbers on the screens are illustrative.

01 / What we found

A strong club. A quiet app.

The network is the product — and today the app shows the club, not the network. That is the opportunity.

600

high-profile members in the UAE, plus 3,000 affiliations

24

local and international events a year

US$5,145

Elite membership, one year — the renewal that matters

last update of the CEO Clubs iOS app (version 5.0.14)

Five screenshots of the current CEO Clubs app from the App Store: home tiles, events, membership pricing, meeting booking and the More menu

The app today

  • Information and payments work: events, the magazine, membership categories, card and PayPal payment, booking a consultation.
  • The network is missing: no member-to-member introductions, no follow-up, no asks and offers, no personal plan.
  • Value is invisible: neither the member nor the club sees what a year of membership produced — exactly what a renewal needs.

02 / One thread

The plan travels with the member.

The plan a prospect makes in The Invitation becomes their first screen in Compass — and their Year in Review becomes the renewal conversation. One plan code connects all of it. The Invitation is for prospects; Compass and Year in Review are for members.

  1. Day −30Cold outreachA personal link by WhatsApp, email or LinkedIn.
  2. Product 1The InvitationFilm, a playable year, who's in the room, a plan.
  3. Day 0ConversationThe team has the brief; the prospect has the plan.
  4. Product 2CompassMy Year, tonight's three, follow-ups after every event.
  5. Renewal −30 daysYear in ReviewWhat the year produced, sent a month before each member's renewal.
  6. Month 12RenewalA decision made on evidence, not memory.

03 / Product 1 · The Invitation

A trial that feels like the club.

For prospects reached cold. Seven to nine minutes on the phone, personal from the first frame — and measurable for your team at every step.

Concept screens: a personal invitation with a film, a quarter planner with a badge, and an anonymised view of members who share the prospect's world

  • 01

    A personal link

Each prospect on the outreach list gets their own link: name, sector and city shape the film titles, the roles they meet and the examples in the year.

  • 02

    A 60-second film

Rooms, cities, the people in them — made from your own event footage plus generated scenes, in your colours. The first wow, before a single tap.

  • 03

    The playable year

The Year Ahead you have seen, upgraded: short video beats per quarter, sector variants, badges such as Giver and Connector that reward how members actually create value.

  • 04

    Who's in the room

Anonymised from your real directory, with consent: how many members share the prospect's sector and goal, and their roles. Names come in the conversation.

  • 05

The plan and the next step

A personal plan with a code, then one tap: book the membership conversation or message the Member Support Manager on WhatsApp.

  • 06

    The pipeline view

Who opened, who finished, what they want, who is hot. Your team works the warmest prospects first — and sees which outreach actually converts.

The film, sketched

Five seconds of what the opening could feel like.

Generated for this proposal from a public-domain photograph of the Burj Khalifa lake. The real film would combine your event footage, your members' rooms and your cities — about sixty seconds, in English and Arabic.

04 / Product 2 · Compass

The network, inside the app.

A new section of the CEO Clubs app that turns membership into a year of concrete moves — who to meet, when to follow up — and makes the value visible. The first version goes live in week 8; more modules follow when the first ones prove themselves.

Live in week 8

Compass Lite
  • 01

    My Year

The member's goal and plan — imported from The Invitation — with three concrete moves each month and their relationship map.

  • 02

    Tonight's Three

Before each event, three members worth meeting, with the reason and an icebreaker. Both sides accept first. We prepare the matching from the attendee list; your Member Support team confirms and sends it.

  • 03

    48 hours later

After the event, each new contact comes with a ready, editable note — sent from the member's own WhatsApp in one tap. Follow-up is where most networking value is lost.

  • 04

    Year in Review

From month 2, every member gets their year a month before renewal — events, people, introductions, what came of them — built from the records you already keep and enriched by Compass.

Phase 2 · when the first modules prove themselves

Quoted separately
  • 05

    Intro Desk

Members request introductions; the Member Support Manager checks the fit and both sides accept. Every step visible.

  • 06

    Asks & Offers

“Looking for a cold-chain partner in Jeddah.” Moderated, private, answered by the people who can help.

  • 07

    Opportunity Log

Members privately log business that came through the club; you see anonymous totals for renewals, sponsors and your facilitation model.

  • 08

    Team console

Private progress

Maps, streaks and numbers are for the member's eyes. No public leaderboards for CEOs.

Recognition, not points

“Connector of the Quarter” in CEO Clubs Magazine; a category at the Burj CEO Awards.

Consent first

Matching and introductions are double opt-in. Profiles are private until the member chooses.

Human in the loop

The Member Support Managers stay the heart of the service — Compass gives them leverage.

How it reaches members: Compass is a secure mobile web module that opens from a new tile in the existing app and from WhatsApp links, with one-time login by email. It keeps the minimum — name, title, sector, goal — only for members who agree. No rebuild of the native app, no push notifications and no WhatsApp automation are needed to start.

05 / What it is worth

Renewals pay for everything.

Every point of renewal on 600 members is worth about US$31,000 a year at the Elite price. Put in your own numbers.

US$154,400

a year from better renewal

US$88,100

first-year revenue from new members

10×

the six-month partnership

Your numbers, not our claim. Elite membership at US$5,145 a year; new members counted with the US$2,200 joining fee. The pilot measures the real effect against last year's renewal and outreach conversion.

06 / Roadmap

Live in three weeks. Then we run it with you.

Eight weeks to launch both products. The six months are not a build schedule — they are the period in which we run them with your team, month after month.

Launch

Weeks 1–8
  1. Week 1Workshop and dataNinety minutes with you and the Member Support team · events and attendance history · the first 100 prospects · your footage · the consent wording.
  2. Weeks 2–3The Invitation livePersonal links for the first 100 prospects · the film, first cut · the pipeline view for your team.
  3. Week 4First event with Tonight's ThreeMatching for the next lunch, prepared by us and sent by your team · follow-up notes after it.
  4. Weeks 5–8Compass Lite in the appMy Year and Tonight's Three behind a new tile · Year in Review “so far” for members whose renewal falls in the next 90 days.

Run and grow

Months 3–6 · every month
  1. Every eventMatchingTonight's Three for each lunch, dinner and gala — about two a month — and the follow-up notes afterwards.
  2. Every monthNew invitationsA new batch of personal links for your outreach, and improvements driven by the funnel numbers.
  3. RollingYear in ReviewMembers joined in different months, so renewals run all year: each member receives their year a month before their date.
  4. MonthlyResultsOpened → finished → booked for The Invitation; renewals among Year in Review recipients against the rest; what we change next.

07 / Case partnership

Built as a case, priced as one.

I want CEO Clubs to be the case that shows what playable products can do for a business community. So the price is a fraction of the value — in exchange for a real partnership.

What it would cost elsewhere

Typical agency scope
The Invitation: film, personal links, playable year, pipeline viewUS$30–35k
Compass Lite and Year in Review: mobile web, consent and loginUS$18–25k
Four months of running: event matching, outreach batches, reportsUS$8–10k
Total valueUS$55–70k

The partnership

What we both put in
  • The Invitation live in week 3 and Compass Lite in week 8; then four months of running both with your team. Hosting and AI generation included.
  • CEO Clubs owns its content and member data. The engine stays mine and keeps improving.
  • From your side: one owner, two hours a week of the Member Support team, attendee lists before each event, data exports and access to event footage.
  • Support in UAE business hours, with a reply within one working day.
  • The case: permission to publish it with your name and agreed numbers, a short video testimonial at month six, and introductions to two chapters or partner clubs.

Price

Choose one

Option A · Monthly

US$3,900a month, six-month minimum — US$23,400 for the first six months, then month to month.

Monthly in advance. Like your membership: value all year, paid monthly.

Both products live in eight weeks, then run with you.

Option B · Shared upside

US$2,900a month for six months + US$400 for each new member who joins with an Invitation plan code. Capped at US$30,000 in total.

Lower fixed cost; I earn more only when it sells memberships.

Before applicable taxes. Not included: changes to the native app, push notifications, WhatsApp Business automation, the phase 2 modules (quoted separately), paid media and the Arabic edition.

Let's start with the workshop ↗

Next step

One workshop. Then we build.

Ninety minutes with you and the Member Support team: we choose the first outreach list, agree the consent wording and the numbers we will measure. Three weeks later, The Invitation is live.
